Hi nice to meet you and welcome to the site. There is a very good quit smoking site on here so I have given you the link if you want to join them too. x
Hello and welcome, I hope that your copd stays at a mild stage. Stopping smoking will certainly help. It isn't easy as many of us know, so I wish you success.

Hello and welcome to the site. I am newly diagnosed mild copd. The people on this site have given me lots of advice on how to look after yourself with this. Avoid folk with colds etc. Get flu and pneumonia jabs. Eat healthily and exercise. If you get chest infection see dr immediately for treatment. Etc etc. Good luck with stopping smoking, so important.
Hi and welcome to our wonderful family which seems to be growing by the day. The more the merrier I say, in the nicest sense that is.
And a huge welcome to the SEVENS arm of the family.
Everyone here will tell you that our respiratory nurses are a mine of info, so using your meds with any other modifications to deal with this condition will enable you to stay at the level you are at now. So good wishes that you do so.
