Had lovely warm weather and blue sky's, Sadly it done me no good as warm weather can tighten my old tubes, today is a lot colder and seem better going out, for me and others it can be a dangerous time with the weather going hot then cold change of clothes each day can be a bind, just having a moan,

Hi bobbyfloyd, hope this colder weather is suiting you better for your old tubes, have a good old moan if it is doing you good. Im afraid this cold weather isnt doing alot for me, but I dont like the wet weather, am hoping this goes away quickly. Breatheasy whatever you are upto x

The cold weather is because apparently we are getting rain coming soon. I will believe it when I see it but that's the rumours going a round about the cold weather

I can no longer go abroad in the warmer months and took my holiday in Greece in mid October last year.I used to live in Spain and managed to cope with July and August then! Not sure why this happens but I sympathise!I love the sun!😎

Hi there, it seems for most of us with chronic illness and symptoms our only outlet for frustration ect is to moan. If we complain officially they blacklist us so to speak. Hope your not feeling too bad in this heat, need to find cool nookes till the air gets cooler, which I beleive is going to happen today. A good old moan can help massively. And we have the capacity to listen & support.
