Hi all well not been on because been awful with a chest infection and worst of all is i should be going for oxygen therapy test too see if I need it but because I have been on antibiotics and steroids they can’t do the tests got to wait another 6 weeks but had to send in another sputum test in because not sure if it’s gone or still-there just waiting for results again.

Has anybody used the above thinking of getting one if it helps any help would be grateful for Hope everyone is ok and breathing easy and enjoying the sunny weather 🤗🤗🙏

Hi Angelsstar,

I started using a home dehumidifier about 3 years ago and found it to be very helpful with managing my condition. At the time I posted an article regarding this, so I am providing a link for you so that you can read it. I hope it helps, all the best from Eric.

Hi, I use a diffuser and I do think it helps. I use lavender or bergamot or frankincense oil in mine, all supposed to aid breathing. Hope you feel better soon.
