Frothy bubble phlem

Hi guy s I woke up yesterday and could hardly do my normal routine because I felt my chest heavy couldn't stop coughing really difficult to move about I was expecting the phlem I am coughing up to be green but it is not it is White frothy bubbles can anyone relate to this

I cough up white frothy bubbles and have done for about 2 years. The doctors don’t seem concerned at all. I don’t know why it happens. Hopefully someone on the forum can explain.

The doctors only seem concerned about colour
