Mums op has been postponed until Thursday due to them wanting to do a lung function test. Result is 50%. Chances of complications are at 10-15%. I’m nervous again. We’ve been through a lot as a family but this is really taken it’s toll.

It’s better to postpone a major surgery like this than to rush into It without all the precautions and tests in place. But yes to build yourself up for it to happen then for it to not happen is a lot to cope with. Best wishes to you and your mum, I’ll be thinking of you on Thursday.
