Hello, I have Bronchiectasis, I don't have mottled skin, nor do I have fingers like yous. Hopefully, this link will help, but the only way to be sure if you have Bronchiectasis is for your GP to refer you to the respiritory consultant, so you can have lung function tests and a CT scan. blf.org.uk/support-for-you/...

Hi Emma deary, it would be best to get it checked out via your GP/hospital. When I went for my bronchiactasis, one of the procedures was to check my hands, but they said they were fine. I don't know what happened they look for your hands.

Please get to your doctors and insist this is investigated. I feel like this isn’t related to your asthma, but you do need to get to the bottom of it ASAP. For peace of mind if anything else.

It CAN be a sign of various diseases ranging from mild to serious. It’s probably nothing serious, but personally, I want it sorted rather than wonder.
