aerobika reports please

has anyone had some results using this aerobika please i cannot use the aero chamber not enough puff wondered if this was any gentler if any one can help please many thanks

Hi i have been using a Aerobika for a few months, first I run a saline neblit through my nebuliser. Then i use Mr huff and puff led down in bed turned on one side then the other. Works a treat, if not I use saline first then the flutter sat up in bed. I don't always bring the muck up straight away but it comes up not long after.

do you mean you lay on one side and then the other ?? how does the gungelcome up then ?

Yes. Just huff hard to bring up the muck. You can sit up to huff if you want. I has told to do this at the BRI respiratory dept. Just huff hard in to the aerobika on the last breath.

Hi, I have had the Aerobika for a few months. Sometimes I use it after a saline nebulizer - it does work better that way. Supposedly you can use it the same time as the nebulizer, but it did not fit with my unit. I have used it on it's own. Sometimes I bring up gunk later on, rather than right away. You can change the resistance on the bottom. Maybe have to start with lower resistance and build up?
