Decided on this one ...

Well, after careful consideration i decided on the Reebok cross trainer which i brought at a reasonable price, second hand. So i was really excited to have my first go on it and ... lasted all of 3 minutes if that ! Almost fell off it , all disorientated , heart pounding in my ears , legs feeling like jelly , felt like i was still on it . I am well out of condition, but hopefully bit by bit, i can get fit again lol

"...unsure how long i need to be doing on it without stopping"

Until you are moderately breathless, which should take longer and longer as you get fitter. Eventually the time taken to get moderately breathless will plateau out and then that will be your limit and guideline to continue to aim for future sessions. Well done.

In a PR exercise class you would only do 2 minutes on a machine so if you did 3 and are still breathing then that’s a great accomplishment.😂😂

I was in a right state !! Managed to do 4 minutes today but my thighs are killing !! Shall keep at it. I am doing a few minutes here and there throughout the day to get used to it. :)

That's it girl!! Keep at it.... Little but often and you'll soon be noticing the improvement in breathing and also your muscles!!!
