Sometimes if you need a special pack or something, go to sports or fishing shops & convert something to suit your needs, it might cost a little bit more, quite often things are designed for one thing, but end up with a few more uses

Example: athletes have a backpack that carries a few litres water on their backs with tubes around neck into your mouth

Hello poppy08

Whoever supplies your oxygen should be able to supply a backpack or a trolley on wheels

Next time you order your oxygen ask or ask them were to can get one best of luck

The problem with hi flow strollers is that they attract so much moisture and putting one in an enclosed bag will cause excessive moisture build it might freeze the tubes. Not seen any backpacks from Baywater who supply my liquid oxygen. Happy hunting

As the official backpacks for my POC were very expensive I bought a fully mesh backpack from Amazon very cheaply and just draw the tube out between the two zips at the top. Sounds as though it would be perfect for the moisture created by your oxygen bottles too (I just googled "mesh backpack")

Hi, I had this same problem two years ago. The netting on my backpack provided by Baywater (but no longer available) had rotted away because of the wetness and it needed replacing. I sourced an American supplier of the same backpack on line. The name on the product is "Air Lift". The supplier's name is Health Connection. Website address is anactivelife.com

Only thing is it worked out quite expensive because of the shipping and import costs. The bag itself was $71.95 but with shipping and handling costs of $53.45 the grand total was $125.40 (May 2017). However, I woudn't be without it because of the freedom it gives to do anything I want without hindrance.

I hope this might help. If not, I'm sure you'll come up with a suitable alternative but remember whatever you use has to allow for the seepage and hence the occasional wetness. Good luck.
