How do I get rid of "Weight Loss" in BLF, I clicked on it in my Chat, now I am receiving far too many Messages, I don't want this. Thanks in Advance. xxx

It seems you have unintentionally joined Weight Loss NHS. To leave that forum click here: healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... which takes you to their home page. Top right of that page there is a blue box which says 'following' - click on that box to unfollow. It should now show 'follow' which means you're no longer a member.
