Morning Bernadette, yes recovering today from my hospital day..I am thinking of a jacket potato with cheese and beans for lunch and a cup of builder’s tea. And I just know where I am going to go with my friend on her lunch hour!

I am beginning to think you are enjoying being back in the UK and especially in your favourite stamping ground surrounded by theatres and entertainment ,museums and a plethora of dining experiences,a jacket potato lunch and a mug of builders strength tea should put the world to rights and possible even cure the dreaded LAM.
Aria's deep concern for your plight is not quite so obvious in the photo unless of course she is dreaming of her mistress ,

Didn’t do much this week. Seeing family and friends.
Had chicken and peas in the end with a glass of red 😃 but now having leek and potato soup with cheese, waiting for the vote on tv.
