Morning Bernadette, yes recovering today from my hospital day..I am thinking of a jacket potato with cheese and beans for lunch and a cup of builder’s tea. And I just know where I am going to go with my friend on her lunch hour!

I am beginning to think you are enjoying being back in the UK and especially in your favourite stamping ground surrounded by theatres and entertainment ,museums and a plethora of dining experiences,a jacket potato lunch and a mug of builders strength tea should put the world to rights and possible even cure the dreaded LAM.
