Cats are so funny! They do the strangest things and it's no good trying to work out what they are. They are a law into themselves which is what I love about them!

Another lovely photo. Well done Bea. My cat sees my camera moving into the photo taking position and then runs off! Mind you I got a good one yesterday of her and my two dogs all standing in the same pose in the kitchen eating their tea!

Good Morning Fran, Buenas Dias Amiga y Tu Hija Bea y Aria. Lovely photo. I hope your pain has eased allowing you to exercise. I will also be doing more today, I had a lazy day in the Garden Yesterday too nice to be indoors. so my Steps where Low Reading. Wishing you a lovely day, Hace un Buen Dia con ejercicios. Love n Hugs. XXXXX

Hola Carolina 🌼

Muchas gracias!

Well I must start on those today..it will improve the pain but not at first..really a question of keeping my back straight, tummy pulled in when I move, never slouching or rolling forward, I can do it lying down arms folded hands under the back of the neck and hold or back behind my head and hold or against the wall crouching, start 10 times for 3 days if sore continue if not start increasing till I get to 3x10.,arms on table when I cut vegetables, no weight bearing, no gym machines no PR..In water I can do anything as long as my neck is in! I will see him again in 2 or 3 weeks so he checks I do it properly..

Lots of love πŸ’•

Fran xx

WOW, My Body is painful just reading your routine ! I will start gently and stay that way even on my Static Bike, Slowly. Keep us all updated Carino. I would normally be at the Gym this morning, Wednesday, Hubby has to work this day once a month so I can't get to the Gym on my own. So must do a Lot more side dips, twists, marching, etc, all low key, but to maintain my "Steps" for BLF and myself. have a Good day Fran. Abrazos y Besos. XXXXX

β€’ in reply toHacienda

Yes indeed..Housebike is good!!

I imagine..even walking around the house and marching is useful but with the windows open I suppose I need fresh air..anyway Im going for a massage now..put those chakras in order lol xxx

Besos y abrazos

Back Fracture??? Did you have surgery or just exercises? Loved one has serious back pain for a long time. Now sent to physical therapy; but not helping. Makes it worse.

β€’ in reply toAviaTorBlue

Hi 😊

I seem to have a thoracic vertebrae fracture due to osteoporosis..I may have my specialist appointment next week..GP says it is not reparable but won’t go to surgery..honestly I haven’t got a clue..will see what specialist offers..physio said exercising will hurt at first for quite a while until I build up muscle..all I know is I did them and took a couple of paracetamol with a cup of tea just now πŸ˜ƒ it is not going to be easy!

Hope things work out for your partner x

Thank you for update and good wishes. Let your instincts guide you after the professional opinions. Personal opinion: I will endure pain for awhile, and if it isn't unbearable. And if you need "strong" pain killers, beware. Maybe seeking another opinion is a consideration. PS I never heard of paracetamol. Wishing you a good medical plan and recuperation.

β€’ in reply toAviaTorBlue

Thank you for your advice. Paracetamol is just the molecule for Panadol, it is very mild. I rarely take painkillers as they make me breathless.

I need to keep moving that’s all. I think once you stop that’s that.

Thanks and wishing you well too.

Hi Fran sorry I'm a bit late replying...got there in the end though πŸ˜‰. Thanks for the picture, it did make me smileπŸ˜‚. Animals are funny aren't they? And Aria looks so fluffy and gorgeous I could squeeze her😊. I'm glad to see you're doing the exercises, albeit with a spot of paracetamol after. Take it steady and build it up I guess. Lots of love to you xxx
