Cold yes. Under the duvet still. She went under Bea’s arm in her cardigan but Bea had to move in the end to eat dinner so she left her wrapped up. Xx

What no boots?it looks like Aria has either grown an extra leg or lost one,i can see three.Scruffy spent 2.5 mins in the garden snow and is now undergoing treatment for hypothermia with an i.v Tuna drip,have a good evening Happy xx

Our cat, Martha, looks as if butter wouldn’t melt, but she’s very feisty! It took two attempts to microchip her when she was rescued, and she has a warning on her notes at the vet, although I always take her and she’s never been bad, but she hates going anywhere in the car so she’s cross before we get her there!

😃😃 A warning on her notes!! Poor Martha..our Tigs who lived to be 19 used to scratch and bite the vet!! Aria is very passive at the vet, she comes close to Bea and tries to hide from the needle! We have had a few frights, once she was stung by a bee and swell up, another time she ate rat poison she found..she doesn’t like it in the car either 😻

Martha is twelve. She gets a bad dose of dandruff when she gets to the vets, stress related I think! She gets so stressed she is sick on the way there - it’s only about twenty minutes away. The vet wanted her to go twice a year because she’s a senior cat now, but I couldn’t be so cruel.

I understand..Aria is going to be 6. She is a rescue cat. Bea got her as a kitten when she was living in Seattle. This cat has travelled! I think she is happier here best because of the garden. She loves it. She gets dandruff when Bea is away. I spray feliway around the house. Last time we got capsules I put into her food which are like maternal milk, that worked quite well.

The vet is just uphill she seems to like him. She had a good look around last time, he said he had a rabbit in the other room, that’s why she was interested 😻

Still cold today..had my new flowery sofa bed delivered for when the family comes..then I had a firm over for the blinds and the windows. I am waiting for an estimate. I think all the heating goes out the windows. He could remember having done them for Dad 25 years ago..plus I need something safe for the ground floor..anyway little by little..watching Coast on BBC2. I love looking at the sea front..

How strange that you picked the same company who helped your Dad 25 years ago! Accident or deliberately? Sorting the windows should make a difference I'd have thought.

I love the sea too, but warm ones like the med 😂. We've the sea near us but you wouldn't want to swim in it really...

Still very cold here too..-4 again and a biting wind that makes me and my little one wheeze😕. Not much playing outside just yet, though I see there are flowers peeping out in places so spring isn't far away 😊🌼

Hello my dear Anne,

It is just a small place here..the company deals with those blocks of flats..

I used to swim in the Channel as a child In the summer, I don’t think I would nowadays 😃 though you had people who swam all year round and never had a cold. The Med sounds more like it.

Yes I can see some flowers but I don’t think they are going to resist the next spell of cold and snow they are announcing..
