Cooler weather

The heat wave is starting to ease up can get out more.. Just four more weeks and the pollen season will be over .. I feel like getting through the summer its all about trying not to take the extra meds. This summer hasn't been a good one for pollen but just a few more weeks left.... I welcome the fall....

I go out every fall to take pictures .. To me its like mother nature giving one big show before she goes to sleep..

I find the heat makes it harder to breath but still battling the pollen ..Wright now the count is down but the mold is still there until the first frost.. Would love to go out west to see how I would feel.. So dry out there maybe next year...

Pollen might be over soon, but what about moulds from rotting leaves and fungi? Some of us are allergic to much more than just pollen!

Im allergic to four molds... The first frost is what kills out side mold..Have to wait till Nov or hopefully earlier.to go out for a walk .. I have to clean ever thing around the house every week .. I can't eat day old food . They told me I should be out west but I just can't image me in -40 cel weather in winter time... .I can get out in the spring and after the first frost for walks until the cold comes..The best I feel when I'm out in the ocean on the sailboat..
