Changing weather.

I have loved the hot weather over the last week and felt pretty good, until yesterday when it went cooler and suddenly I am really short of breath. Struggling to do anything yesterday and same this morning. Maybe its the pollen.

Shame you are struggling Polly, what suits one person doesn't the other - mad how we are at the mercy of the weather! Hope it improves for you soon. :) xx

just goes to show we all different, have hated the bright hot sunshine, yesterday was dull but warm so spent all day in garden, been raining overnite and still dull this morning, good for me xx

Hi Polly,I find that sometimes, after very hot weather, then cooler.i came to the conclusion, that it's the lungs readjusting again,to different air.

However I stand to be corrected!!

Hope you feel better soon,

Love Wendells xxx

I have to admit to being pleased at seeing the weather break Polly. I breathe a lot better when it is cool.

Love this cooler weather, breathing nearly back to normal.

Watched weather for south east tomorrow, oh no up to 34, looks like I will be staying in then, lol

Take care everyone

Peta, xx

I hated the excessive heat we had last week - couldn't breathe well at all and had to stay indoors to get just a sprinkling of a breeze.

Yesterday was lovely - a good breathing day. Today is the same. Forecast is for a return of the heat though, although I hope it won't be too high where I live!!!

It has cooled down slightly but I loved the heat though I had to use more oxy and be a lazy bones in the shade of the apple trees! summer gets my vote over winter! ;D XXX

I'm the complete opposite Polly, it's so much cooler here today, I can breath! There have been a couple of nights when I couldn't even lie down at times, just too breathless. It's strange how it affects us all differently. Hope you're feeling better soon. Libby

PollyJ - the pollen this year is horrendous. It's never really affected me much until this year. I was not too bad during the hot weather but I welcome the cooler breeze we are getting in NE London. I mowed the lawn today and the pollen really hit me, I keep forgetting the pollen !! Adrian

On Friday when it was so hot a friend said to me she had never seen me looking so well, Saturday managed to go for a walk in a local park with my daughter, now its cool my breathing not good again, nebuliser out last night...really fed up! Don't think it was the tree pollen though.
