I find after the first frost my breathing is so much better.. Went out to Peggy's Cove to take some fall pictures.

Love going there in the fall the heather goes really dark red it looks great with the rocks..

Beautiful Photo, I have a few Photographers in the Family, Granddaughter at Uni, studying Photography / Art/Design. Daughter in Law does lots of "Park Runs" very popular here, always with camera, some of her pic's of each season are amazing too. Mother in Law, just retired at 74, started painting on an Easel, at the moment painting by Numbers, I'm very proud of them all. Keep your Paintings & Photo's coming, they cheer us all up. nice picture ) i am middle of the road COPD i like red hot and freezing cold but suffer badly in the middle especially with the damp wet weather.

The heat bother's me, and extreme cold, here some times I have seen it go down as far as -28c. Fall after the first frost but it is a damp time with all of the rain...

I find the heat of the summer and the cold of winter bother's my lungs... I"m surprised we are getting a little snow already ..
