Have you noticed that your hay fever affects your breathing?
For many people with lung conditions, hay fever (an allergic reaction to pollen) can affect their breathing and make lung symptoms worse. Pollen count is high at the moment so it’s important to get on top of your symptoms before they get more serious.

I've never had hay-fever before but doctor is saying it's a possibility as my breathing is bad but I don't have an infection.I have bronchiectasis and asthma. How do you know which one is the culprit?
Hi, I've never been specifically dx with hay-fever however it seems to affect breathing, sinuses & sometimes eyes when the warnings rise from H to VH. It was never an issue until I hit 70. I'm slightly vigilant because in my 20s I was pole-axed by date palm blossom & had to be carried to a local village clinic for an injection, couldn't move or speak. Each consecutive year of having that date tree outside the bedroom window got better & better. Cut grass in now a slight issue alongside the tree pollen . Asthma & Small Airways Disease. Half a Cetirizine antihistamine daily works wonders.
Aw thanks, it's usually when I visit family who have a large sports field across the road where I take the little ones. Sometimes the local parks where live but I can easily avoid them. ×××
Took years to realise sinus pain and earache was allergy .largely due to tree pollen starting feb . I’ve been having acupuncture for years and made a huge difference
