Had a partial knee replacement 18mth ago caused nerve damage paralysis of the right leg and foot now in a wheelchair disabled and from the nerve injury just been diagnosed with chronic regional pain syndrome severe stage life just getting tougher to deal with . Been told it’s not widely recognised paid for private consultant as NHS not willing to care as they caused in first place

I'm so sorry you've had such an unfortunate outcome from your operation Sallowe12 . I think perhaps you've posted on this lung site by mistake. I had a total knee replacement in 2004 which left me with compartment syndrome in 2 compartments of my lower right leg, including muscle nerve and blood vessel damage. I found reflexology massage and osteopathy helped me get back some feeling and movement in my calf, shin and foot. It might be worth trying these.
