I don’t know about others but I find it difficult keeping myself motivated to exercise. So each year I sign up for a crazy challenge to keep myself going and to stop my 47% lung function deteriorating too fast. So far I’ve done the swimathon twice, The Shine half marathon night walk, 25 miles of Hadrian’s wall over a weekend all in aid of varying charities.
This year I’m doing the London Hike marathon on Saturday. So wish me luck. If you happen to be in London and see a number of people walking the Thames Path I’ll be in there some where. 😊

Well done, It's really good to hear you're exercising and taking challenges. I try to exercise a couple of times a week and it definitely helps. It should be on prescription for people suffering with Lung problems.
Hi there, wishing you the very best of luck for the hike marathon, ( what is a hike marathon ? ) it’s so good to challenge yourself the best you can . I did a sponsored walk for BLF at the weekend, I only did 2 KM, the longest I’ve walked for a long time, but it felt so good it’s motivated me to do more. I start PR tomorrow so that will keep me going even more. Take care and keep on keeping on. Best wishes, Christine.
