PIP was more successful after a phone call asking them to reconsider.

! was awarded the lower levels for both living and mobility, this was a distressing outcome. I made the call, asked them to reconsider and got enhanced rate for both! No need to appeal. I think whoever made the first decision did not read all the evidence properly! Thank goodness for the phone call, so don't be put off by people saying it will not work without new evidence !
