No acidity supposingly in this soup. I slept well on it.

Chestnut, potato and pear soup

A tin of chestnuts about 250gr

New potatoes 200gr already cooked

2tbsps of olive oil or other of your choice

2tsps of sea salt

1 and 1/2 tsp Herb of your choice

1 large or 2 medium pears, ripe

1 litre of water + 0.5 of almond milk or other

If you don’t have an acid problem add onion and garlic and pepper. You can also substitute haricot beans to potatoes

All mixed with the blender and heated to taste.

Enjoy!!

Looks really lovely but not sure fuss pot Pete will eat it. I could just make it and present it to him perhaps. No onions, garlic or peppers.

Enjoy your day. Xxx🍐🌢πŸ₯•πŸ₯¦

Thank you Carole, the chestnut 🌰 taste was very discreet in fact, a nice thickener..potatoes are a favourite πŸ˜ƒ and the pears 🍐 gave it a sweeter flavour I must admit 😊

Have a good day xx
