Just been to see my respritory consultant, he asked me about having a lung transplant, this was a surprise as I didn't think I would ever be offered one. I will have to go to Newcastle for tests, I'm not worried. I know it's not gaurnteed be the offer is there. I'm also being assessed for home oxygen.

Good Luck Damon . I went to QE Birmingham for my 4 day Assessment which I was happy to do. I was offered Freemans , Newcastle, ( One of the best Transplant Hospitals in the world), but I live nearer to Birmingham. You can Join any of the Two Hospital Groups and Learn more about Transplant, Although I get a lot of Info for COPD from my Friends on this Forum. I am still waiting for my Call, it has to be 100% Match for me. Please ask them all the questions in relation to your condition. They are all Amazing. Be Positive Hun. Carolina XXX
