hi im new here,i have virtigo and im dizzy/wonky allmost all the time,my o2 levels fluctuate a lot 94-98% is this normal,and last night it dropped to 82%,can this be causing or making my symptoms worse? my gp keeps saying its stress and ive just got to live with it.could this be a sleep apnea? ive never got a lot of energy. any insights greatly appreciated.

yes ive got better than average hearing,my original virtigo was caused by a virus,since then ive had mri scans,ct scans and various tests,doctors at the hospital said i would get 95% of my balance back but its worse than ever now this is why i think it could be something else making it worse.
Are you drinking enough fluids and eating a healthy diet with regular meals?
What medication are you on ? Some meds can have dizziness as a side effect.
Arthritis in the neck/ top of spine can also be a factor. I was told that it was wear and tear and that I would just have to learn to live with it.
94 - 98% is reasonable, I believe but 82% is on the low side.
i used to get really bad spells, especially if i tried walking a bit faster, i couldn't walk in a straight line to save my life... never had any tests done though. since i started on ambulatory oxygen, i'd not had any problems...
