hi im new here,i have virtigo and im dizzy/wonky allmost all the time,my o2 levels fluctuate a lot 94-98% is this normal, and last night it dropped to 82%,can this be causing or making my symptoms worse? my gp keeps saying its stress and ive just got to live with it.could this be a sleep apnea? ive never got a lot of energy. any insights greatly appreciated.

Welcome arjydna, have you had your hearing checked? That can also cause vertigo.

Wishing you well. Xxxxx

yes ive got better than average hearing,my original virtigo was caused by a virus, since then ive had mri scans,ct scans and various tests, doctors at the hospital said i would get 95% of my balance back but its worse than ever now this is why i think it could be something else making it worse.

Are you drinking enough fluids and eating a healthy diet with regular meals?

What medication are you on ? Some meds can have dizziness as a side effect.

Arthritis in the neck/ top of spine can also be a factor. I was told that it was wear and tear and that I would just have to learn to live with it.

94 - 98% is reasonable, I believe but 82% is on the low side.
