Only a small proportion of the units are defective.

They are:

Ventolin 200mcg - Accuhaler 1x60D, 786G, exp 05/2019

Ventolin 200mcg - Accuhaler 1x60D, 754P, exp 05/2019

Seretide 50/250mcg - Accuhaler 1x60D, 5K8W, exp 04/2019

Thanks 02 trees, as you say it's upto the patient/carer to check individual drugs. I don't take the ones reported as faulty but appreciate any warnings incase its my drugs. Do take seretide and ventolin but not the particular ones that have been recalled.
