Good while it lasted

After a really good test last week for my review, the follow up was a bit of a disappointment. Nurse still very pleased with last week’s results but as my chest was wheezing and rattling did a quick peak flow check, which was low again. Ah well, blood pressure normal and lost 12 pounds in the year. Nurse said I am still managing the disease very well and inconsistencies are the name of the game. Forward, onward.

My results go up and down. Basically I base my sense of well being on how I feel. There are so many variables that can affect results that I ignore them and get on with life.

I agree completely. I was very wheezy so had a really good chat with the nurse, which was very helpful. Very lucky to have a really lovely copd nurse.
