Dry mouth help

Hi everyone, I would like to say a big thank you to whoever it was on this site that recommended Xlitol melts for a dry mouth. These do work really well, I have suffered with a really dry mouth at night for over 3yrs, waking almost hourly with a mouth feeling like sandpaper. I was seen by ENT doctors and prescribed various nasal sprays, mouth sprays and gels etc over a period of time, but nothing helped, these actually work really well, now sleeping well. Thank you, always good advice on here. X

Yes, they work for me when I'm going through a particularly bad spell of dry mouth.
