Well the biggest problem -well it is for me- for us IPF'ers is anxiety!? Hands up for those who agree! But I find little help here. U tube has some help but I can't stand the mood music! I'm afraid I can't offer any pointers at this time but would welcome suggestions.

Body scan is good .
Claire Weekes..."Hope and Help for Your Nerves", if you care to read a book. This book helped stopped horrible panic attacks for me, years ago, the book is still in print. Music that's for relaxation...makes me tense...don't know why. I find music I enjoy and love relaxes me...all different genres it doesn't matter!! Hope you find what relaxes you!!!

Hi
Are you a member of Amazon Prime?
Amazon Prime music has lots of different relaxation methods as well as music, there is guided relaxation for breathing (as you have in pulmonary rehabilitation) stress and anxiety as well as the more hypnosis type.
I use the guided talks to help with getting off to sleep as well as the ‘sleep’ playlists-not as stressful as counting sheep!
