Cancellation

Hi everyone , hope you are all doing ok today. I had a phone call today giving me a cancellation appointment for Thoracic medicine tomorrow am. I am really nervous & dreadfully frightened!!!!!!!!! I know I'm lucky to get in this way but what are they going to tell me. ???? Sorry but I am a terrible worrier anyway!!!!!!!! Thanks for listening!. Xx

Hi Mismatch wish there was a way to know the answer but my advice allow what they say to go on and don’t rush out the door think about what you might want to know later. I wish I had been calmer and would not now be waiting for a second appointment to clarify things. I send all my best wishes and hope things go well chin up

Hi, not as awful as I thought. My breathing was really good. The consultant was very friendly & kind. Took a lot of bloods. Told me to continue with lots of walking that's comfortable. He said my scan picture may have been like this for some time and it's not something new. Will have a review for 3 months. Thank u for asking. Hope u are doing ok. Xx
