Harry and Meghan are getting married today and I was just wondering what everyone is doing for it
How many have actually come to Windsor to witness the events that unfold to that, how many are having street parties
Tell me what all of you are doing
I'm one of the crazy people who've actually come to Windsor today to witness it, I'm local so it wasn't hard but was busy
However, even though it's a special day it doesn't mean our lungs behave
So how's everyone's lungs doing today ? My asthma is playing up a bit but I think I can manage
My peak flow has been low (190 should be in the 260/70 range) for a few days and had a tiny amount of breathlessness but today the symptoms are on the increase and taken my inhaler a few times. I'm okay though x
Hope you all have a good day whatever you do today x

I am watching the wedding with my daughter and grandchildren, we are having a tea party to celebrate. Wishing them all the love, luck and happiness in the world.😊 xxxx Bernadette
Hey Erin001
I think I may have just seen you on telly 😁 can you send them a wave from me please.
I’m up in North Yorkshire and having a small street/drive way bbq, just realising I’ve forgotten that bbqs smoke 😳
Beautiful day for a beautiful couple.
I think Megan and Harry will make us extra breathless when we see them in their wedding attire.
Good morning! I'm fairly, ish, near to Windsor but decided to stay put in front of my TV and switch from channel to channel to grab all the news as it happens. I'm quite envious of you though as the atmosphere is what I can't "feel". I did go to London for Diana's funeral but that was really before I was diagnosed. Hope you've put you SPF on...dont want you to burn!!! Will you cheer loud enough for us to hear!!!! Enjoy your special day.
If you watch itv then you might see me because I'm on the opposite side to where they are based on the long walk
The atmosphere here is amazing, never seen so much press in one place
See a few famous people
Philip has waved at us and Alex (itv/GMB weather man ) has done the same
It is nice, the police that are here when they've gone past in groups we've clapped at them and stuff it's brilliant it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to come and be a part of
I don't live in Windsor but I'm close enough so I thought let's do it
I didn't camp like others did because that would ruin my lungs but I did get up at 3:50 to get down here
Hi Erin, Wifey has been glued to the television since the coverage started this morning.😳📺 I am supplying her with cups one an a regular basis so she doesn’t miss anything.
I on the other hand am using the occasion as an excuse to have a Pork Pie and Guinness Party (not that I need one) with Black Sheep in the garden. I’m sure I won’t miss anything though as I’ll get a running commentary off Wifey about what went on and who attended for the next couple of weeks.😳😬😂😂😂
How are my Lungs? Well, I tell them what I expect of them but they don’t take any notice of me. Therefore when I get breathless I just sit down and have another swig of medicinal Guinness until my stats return to near normalish. 🙄😂😂😂
PS. Black Sheep is busy nibbling the lawn which will save me getting the lawn mower out. I’ll reward him with his own bottle of beer (Black Sheep Ale) when he has finished.🍺🐃
I have heard that some people don’t like Pork Pies or Guinness!!! Unbelievable but it’s true and “Yes” words fail me!!! Not to worry, it’s their loss and I won’t lose any sleep over it.
I hope you are well and also having a good day whatever you are doing.
I spent the day in bed partly to avoid the whole thing and partly to catch up on much needed sleep - I am not a Royalist and do begrudge the 37 million + spent on it - please keep your hate trolling to the minimum thank you.
I don't hate you I respect your opinion everyone has the right to an opinion and as I am a bit of royalist, I appreciate those who haven't given me grief for that
I just liked the atmosphere of it all and the once in a lifetime opportunity to see something like that
also once the day properly got started I was able to ignore how my lungs were feeling (however on the way home, I noticed my lungs again and how they weren't in a brilliant state )
because of how much was going on plus I love to people watch and it was the best place for it. We didn't just clap and cheer for the royals or celebs but we also clapped and cheered to the police officers when they came down in the groups showing how much we appreciate them doing their job so we could have a nice time.
I respect that you don't like the royal stuff. I just hope you had a good day and got the rest you needed.
My home is across the "big pond". I enjoy the news about the Queen mother and the Royal family. Diana was a beloved Princess all across the world. Her sons William and Harry feel like an extension of family. William and Kate and their children make a beautiful family. She is admired. Harry has always been much a part of our lives since he was especially wounded over his mums death. He ached to be removed from the duties of the royal life, but through his military and generous giving of himself to many causes across the globe, he endeared himself to many people. Now he begins a new life, a new family, and new prospects with his wife. For myself, I wish him a long and happy married life. Congratulations to the bride and groom.
