Get yourself some Vicks First Defence and use it religiously before & perhaps during &/or after being with others. Wear gloves when you go out, don't hug or kiss your loved ones, ask your family & friends to stay away until after your appointment. Good luck. P
Hi Jackie
If I may suggest..even if you are not in top form still go, then they can see how you are when you are not in top form and treat you then reschedule..
It is only blowing in more powerful machines than a peakflow..not like you are going to have a jab or anything..
I tell you that, first because we are rarely perfectly well and also because the first time I went to the Respiratory Clinic, the Asthma Nurse immediately saw I had a low bronchia inflammation I didn’t know about and took me into the Registrar there and then! So I got tested and treated in one day!
Good luck with your appointment xx

Thanks. I will do that. It's being done at my Doctors surgery. They also found I am low on vitamin D so am on a 3 month course of vitamin D3 tablets. Wishing you well too. xx
You are welcome. Ah you do it at the GP..wishing you well..
Yes very good, a vital vitamin for respiratory sufferers, most of us are low on vit D3, long winters etc, I take it 3 months on 3 months off..
