From last some months suffering from regular episodes of breathlessness repeatedly done chest scans th came normal . Done spirometry test on regular intervals tt came back again within normal parameters.. hardly some time the NUMBERS went mildly down the gp says the ok and No need to worry .

Do you hyperventilate at all? I used to make myself more breathless than I needed without realising it, because of that. Identified it when I did a pulmonary rehab course.
