Oh dear..sorry you are feeling unwell..
Sounds like you are ready for your rescue pack but in doubt phone your surgery or the helpline..
Take good care xx

Poor you..you did well to phone the doctor, and I am glad he sent you that ambulance..
I bet you are feeling shaky with what you have been through and all the meds going through your system. Make sure you let them know that you feel breathless.
Better send somebody for goodies from kiosk to take that vile taste away!!
Sleep well xx

When I was on azithromycin I was told that if I had an exacerbation to stop azithromycin and start rescue abs, then go back on the azithromycin once exacerbation over. It seems you might have reached this stage, but it would be wise to check. I hope you feel better soon xx
Isnt it awful only had 3 ta blets of azith came in on Thursday and they gave me fridays dose when i would like to know am i really going to get abreak hope you ok xxx
Yes indeed, as a colleague once said, getting old is a beggar! I'm still trundling on, waiting for follow ups etc Since I had the catheterisation I seem to get more palpitations and the oxygen nurse has been off sick so I have not had a follow up on the prescription for that. Personally think it should be more. On the plus side my older son and wife are visiting this weekend, as there is a Steampunk event on in town, so lovely to see them. I hope you are improving and will soon be going home again. Love xxx
It seems that there is a bug in there that azithromycin cannot deal with. I agree with Carnival. Your GP needs to test the mucus and give you the ab which is best suited to it. Whilst you are taking the other ab it is usual to stop the azithromycin. I hope that you get sorted out asap. Xx
Thanks they took a sample in hospital and plenty of bloods my hands and arms are disgusting never felt so ill xxx
Morning Margaret, start the rescue pack if you feel you need it. Hope you feel better soon and manage to sleep.
Lots of love xxxxx
Hi sassy frank brought his internet in today so could do a few posts its been a hell of a few days the numbers were so bad ambulance men couldnt believe i was still talking But i was bathed in sweat and fighting to b breathe scarey take care love margaret xxx
do a sputum sample if you have a pot (we should all keep one handy)remember it has to be tested as soon as posable. start your rescue pack its what its for.see your gp. I hope you are feeling better soon
Sorry to learn you're not too well Time_2_drink . I usually start my rescue meds asap if I'm feeling out of sorts,if you see what I mean,so that they start acting straight away. I would start the AB's but also get a sputum sample to your Doctors asap. So be especially nice to your beloved Frank and I'm certain he will go with sample to your surgery! Hopefully you will have managed to grab a few hours sleep by the time you get my reply but I'm hoping you'll be able to sleep tonight? Lots of gentle hugs xxx

Margaret just make sure you get fully better, or as well as you could ever expect to be. I'm so sad for you but you're in the best place considering eh? I'd imagine poor Frank is so worried for you bless him. Do send him my regards. Try and rest up- sleep can be very hard to come by in a busy hospital! Thank goodness you've got WiFi. I will be looking forward to your next message as and when you feel able.... So until then, love 'n very gentle hugs, Cxxx
You don't sound well at all, I think you need your emergency meds and a call to the doctor to let them know your taking them. Take care and get well soon x x
Glad your in the right place, hope they help you. Try and rest and get some sleep. Let us know how you get on. Thinking of you x x
