What adventures you have! Not a good experience but at least your life is not repetitive and boring because each day brings something new. :)

They are advertised on TV. A Jlm product what happens is you put water in it about0.5 of a litre squeeaz the air out put the plug in lay it flat for a couple of hours it chills down and stays chilled one side is velvety the other side is plastic the idea is to help with sweats xxx

Hi there

I have the same problem with night sweats, and have had them every 3 mins at my worst. I too have used a chilliest pillow and eventually mine developed a leak too.

I then purchased a cooling pillow for a pet which I put into the freezer. I take it out about an hour before I get into bed and place it on top of the pillow. Before you ask yes it is very cold but for me it works. I place it under my pillow which remains cool for most of the night and if I wake with a sweat I turn the pillow over.

To keep my sweats done I have to either forgo or reduce my caffeine and wine intake.

Hope this helps.

Thank you i will look it up really dissapointed Because it seemed to help along with fan and evening primrose oil plus accupuncture. I have cut my coffee intake and drink Decaff also if i have a drink its now only one Best wishes .

I bought one for my night sweats and I have used it every night and had no problem with it. I bought mine from high street t.v. and it's a sealed unit it's the best thing I've ever bought. Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your chill pillow i suppose it might be the make as mine is still going strong after 7 months so I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a nightmare with yours
