Nice bit o' finny addock poached in full cream milk and fresh parsley,mash , garden peas and silver onions. Just the job.

Sunny sussex, bright sunshine and could only sit out for 15mins as so hot could feel my skin coing crisp, just needed the salt and oil and it would have been crackling!
