In my opinion yes. With many conditions, inc yours, there are certain treatments that must/must not be given in an emergency situation. If you cannot communicate (unconscious) it can save vital time.
I use a NFC one that has already come into it's own, giving all my vital details. A&E had all my medical records from my hospital number straight away, without the anguish of having to try to talk whilst gasping for breath. It gives me the confidence to go out and about on my own.
A sensible thing to have. I have an NFC wristband too which says who I am, NHS number, what's wrong, medication and sends a text to a contact. Not at all expensive and gives peace of mind.
