Not such a nice day today, which is a shame as we had planned to go to a boot sale then on to the coast am sure we will still do that but just looks like it will be in rain instead of the sun.

The weather has cut short on my walkabout this morning. So the trusty rowing machine is going to get a caning.
Well done quitting the smoking, keep it up. Remember that if you start again even after a year, it will totally wipe out the benefits you gained that year and will have not have reduced your "pack years". It will be as if you had never stopped at all, all the more reason to remain smoking free. Remember that second hand smoke is just as damaging, avoid it like the plague, your nose will soon tell you when it is in the air.

Well done cales you are doing brilliantly. It's raining cats and dogs here too. Apparently they have had flooding in Cornwall with water running down the streets in Polperro, and problems in Fowey and Bodmin too.
