Vapes work as you get your nicotine shot. My daughter has recently given up cigarettes. She used a Vape but after a couple of weeks doesn't use it much.

Hi 👋

Just hang in there and it will pass. Isn't the weather super? Just as schools are getting ready to go back . I am getting terrible at turning my nose up at cigarette smoke and said to an old friend today to stand further away so I couldn't smell her cigarette. And she was the friend who used to bring me back duty free. Lol 😆.

Luckily she's still my friend and says she is now going to have a go at giving up. Bonus!!!

Picked up my inhalers today so hoping they help. I keep on pulling on it like a cigarette when I use one though . Ya can't keep an old smoker down obviously 🙄 lol .

I'm enjoying the weather got lots of washing dry 😊 and to be fair it usually does get nice just as the schools go back that's the one thing that I found frustrating........ I have to say that this time I too am very smoke sensitive very similar to how I was on the champix one of my sons and hubby still smoke I make them go to the bottom of the garden to have one but I can still smell it .

What inhalers have you got ? And I know what you mean but not sure your supposed to use them as a cigarette substitute Lolol xx

Hi 👋. Yep great washing day . I have a blue Salamol inhaler and a white/orange one called Duaklir Genuair. It looks like a ducks 🦆 beak so I call it my Duckylir 🙄

Enough to drive me quackers lol.

Keep up the good work especially when you have 2 smokers around you.

Not heard of the white and orange one but then lots on here are on inhalers I've never heard of , I'm just quackers lol

I have to say today has been a bad day for craving but I've not given in , hubby will rarely have a smoke while I'm still up don't think he can cope with the nagging lol he's going to be giving up as well soon hopefully.

Time I got my jammas on 😊 it's really cooled off tonight and I'm a bit nippy goodness knows what rubbish is on the box tonight it's been rubbish for weeks , so only fools and horses it is AGAIN 😳
