Oxygen assessement

Had my oxygen assessment today walked further than for ages but still a bit uncomfortable went shopping after and by the time I'd got around was so tired felt really awful been asleep for last two hours is this normal will I ever feel any better

Oh yes, you will feel better. The more you do, the easier it gets - promise!! It's even better with oxygen, if you need it -- but when I first started at the gym and didn't have oxygen, my treadmill speed went from 1.5 mph to 3 mph in a few weeks (three times a week). You won't notice, but it'll get better!!
