Yes I take that inhaler I was put on it last year when I was getting infection after infection. I find it helps as i don't get many infections now. But everyone is different. Hope it helps you.

Hi, I have used it for a few years with no problems but have had lots of infections lately - I have bronchiectasis as well as COPD so it might be because of that though

Hi Fiona fish I have what you have I was getting chests infections so much they put me on antibiotics 24/7 I was fetching up a plastic cup of mucus every day I read a book called miracles of cayenne pepper you start of very small tip of a tea spoon in a cup walm tea it makes you cough first few times but you soon get use to it I don't get any infections or fetch up mucus now only if I get a cold it really is a micacle herb most large stores sell it try it good luck tweety 77.

Hi Tweety78, will definitely try this. Have not measured the amount but the last few months it has been constant! Thanks for advice
