Good morning everyone ,i been a sleep in about 4 clock in morning i wake up because i have cramp in my lung any suggestion to avoid the pain ,thank you everyone ,have a nice weekend

Not sure I have ever heard of 'cramp in the lung' do you mean cramp like pain in the chest area?

If its a cramp pain it is likely to be coming from the intercostal muscles (between the ribs) as we don't have nerve endings in our lungs. Only part of them where there are nerve endings is in the pleural tissue surrounding them. If it carries on talk to your GP.

Don't know if this suggestion will help but I have lots of issues with cramp in my leg. To help with his my gp prescribes quinine tablets. I take 1 a day. Tonic water also contains quinine and might help......?

keep a silk scarf round your mouth breath in warm air, much the same as in your post a year ago , but best really is to see your gp, i get bad cramps in my legs , it was my helper jane who told me to take tonic water,, i dont know if its these water tablets tat cause it,, jimmy xx

i drink a lots of tonic with gin ,haha, in the damp weather i have this problem ,part of my lung is not working my be that is the problem , i have an appointment with consultant they want to remove it ,thank you Jimmy 123 again

My dr to,d me her mum has a glass of tonic every night before bed stops her cramps and mine now lol
