I got mine off eBay for £1.99 so I got 2 . There a decent size but have a look mine's says COPD patient alert .but on eBay there's a few where you can put your own words slightly more expensive xxx

You could try Medicalert which is a charity, or how about your local Timpsons shoe repairer etc who can do a suitably engraved bracelet I should think.
