Hi I have copd 3 years what help is there besides inhaler

Look at your diet if you are under or over weight take action as this can help Copd. See your GP and ask for pulmonary rehabilitation as this can help you with exercise and education into the condition.

There is a free CD from BLF website telling you about exercises you can do at home if you have to wait a while for PR. Changes in diet help some people . Exercise is needed on a daily basis even if you only do a short walk. To manage your illness you need to try alternatives to see what works best for you. Try to avoid infections if possible too.
