Humidity

Hot and humid here in Cambridgeshire, 60% inside, no wonder I am having difficulty breathing. It is much lower outside, but the pollen is around outside. Oh, what fun we have coming into summer... Going out, I think. Keep checking the weather my friends..

When I lived in North Herts, on the Camb border, I found breathing hard at times. The house needed dusting 1-2 a weekly, whereas here in Hants, much less often

Pollen high here in Malvern as well. The rain seems to make matters worse. Breathing becomes harder when outside. Has anyone found a solution to the pollen effect with copd

Can I just ask - please could you clarify what you mean by pollen effect with COPD? I have some COPD overlap because my Asthma is Severe, and have many, many allergies. The treatments for Asthma and COPD are more or less the same, or at least very similar.

I struggle if it is over 50%. I like to keep the humidity n the low 40%, which is comfortable for me.
