We all use the site differently, some reading and not posting, some coming on to post but not reading others contributions and some being fully involved with it all. Whatever is good for you is fine. I am pleased the forum has been of benefit by giving you tips you can use. :)

Lungs, hello and welcome to the forum.

Isn't it odd how we all have different reasons that make us reply.

I took time and followed posts also.

Hi daffodil, I am sorry you are not very well. I am not able to help you but maybe you could ring the blf help line and I am sure they could give you some answers. Take care.

What a lovely name.My only advice to you would be not to fret. You said you feel fine so enjoy. I have tried to answer you three times but not sure my replies were sent so forgive if you get several. My tip to you is always read what Stone writes. Stone is a member on this site and is a mine of information. Best wishes

welcome Lungs! i too have been a member for several years and read the posts all the time. i find lots of good info that helps me to understand what is going on with my COPD. i now have only 25% FEV1 and the only real difference in how i feel when i was 31% is i tire much quicker. sleep is an elusive monster! welcome and keep breathing!!
