Those of you that read my last post are aware that I was seeing a neurologist last Monday week after suffering a bad back after a lumbar puncture in January. That January admission to hospital was bad enough having been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease to add to my COPD and an un-diagnosed gallstones being discovered.
Things have now turned really serious as the neurologist admitted me straight to hospital (for a week) and lo and behold they now find I have cancer of the spine and some nodules on my lung. I have had my pre-radiotherapy scan today for the spine and will start a course next week.
That grim reaper is certainly hunting me down of late but he better be aware I am the Army hide and seek champion! The morphine is quite pleasant however. Will keep you up too date as we go on.
