Hi Time_to_drink,

I knowthat you are going to bed but you might get this in the morning, I am also on 24/7 oxygen only since October, I am still adjusting to this constantly, I have been a bit of a hetmit since being on it as I think I am still coming to terms with having it , i have been really down but I have the opposite problem with my weight i have blowned ,

I would definitely recommend speeking to your gp , i could just be the stress that's causing you to lose weight but there's no harm in speeking to your doctor , at least put your mind at rest, they can give you buld up drinks some are okay you get diffrent flavours of milk and juice one .
