Hi All, I joined this forum Dec 2015 after coming home from Mexico ill which resulted in me having pneumonia and narrowing of the small air ways. Antibiotics didn't work and I was very frightened. I was told I had bronchiolitis. Today I'm told my lungs are clear and there is no evidence of small air ways disease. I am so happy and greatful for the help and advise off the members here. Just wanted people who may have just found out that they are ill to know that you can sometimes get better but it takes time.. Try not to Google as at one point I even started arranging my funeral lol ..
Good luck everyone, hope you are all as well as can be expected.
Glad to hear you are feeling better Ebony. I also had pneumonia in November last year and was admitted to hospital for three days. Had lots of antibiotics. Steroids and painkillers. I had a X-ray in December and it had cleared up. Take care x
Thank you Carole. I'm over the moon. Been a terrible 2016. Let's hope 2017 will be a better one for everybody x

So pleased for you. I noted your arrival here because of having small airways disease, and I have followed your story with care. Excellent news.
All the best

A big 'thank you' to you Kate. You being one of the members that helped me with my questions and worries when I first became ill. It's been over a year but feel so positive with my news yesterday I wanted others not to think the worst like I did when we don't understand things. Panic sometimes sets in. Just glad you and others were here to help.
