Hi everyone this is my first post. Got some really good news about getting a good night sleep. Sleep on your left side good girl all sorts of health problems. Those with sleep apnea or asthma should not sleep on their backsite. Tried it had to night had a Gresford night sleep. Didnt cough as much either. Hope this info help someone.
