Welcome to our lung forum. I'm sorry but I think the forum you need is for liver conditions.

I'm sorry I can't help but maybe if you do a search on the site there will be a group you can join where you will get your questions answered.

Good luck 🌷

You sound like me... Almost the same results on cholesterol and triglycerides . I don't know what SGPT is though

I m eating 1100 calories a day for weight loss and going to the gym to walk 2.5 miles a day. Lost 20 pounds since march. Slow work but it is working. I also have hyperthyroidism and take levothyroxine in a rather high dose.

webmd.com/digestive-disorde...

"An alanine aminotransferase (ALT) test measures the amount of this enzyme in the blood. ALT is found mainly in the liver, but also in smaller amounts in the kidneys , heart, muscles, and pancreas . ALT was formerly called serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT)."

Best to consult your Dr for advice on recovery. Or if your trying to avoid that (cost?) see if you can find a support group.
