Well after a week of laryngitis followed by pleurisy....week 3 I now have bronchitis!!
I'm just finishing a course of antibiotics and pretty sure this is viral but unpleasant.
What is your advice for treating this effectively? This is my second bout of bronchitis in the last 4-6 months. I know that a terrible cough will follow.

I to have Bronchiectis and asthma ,,,,the cough with Bronchiectis is awful I find it very embarrassing,,,,,,I'm afraid I gave no magic formula,,,just rest up and drink plenty ( not fizzy drinks or milk ) I find the milk makes the mucus worse,,,I keep a bottle of water in the fridge as I find the colder the better ,,,,more soothing ,take care ,hope your soon feeling much better,
Do some research about Juicing! It has changed my life! This is the first year in 7 years I have not had Flu, bronchitis... not even a cold! What did I change? Only my diet. I no longer eat bread, pasta and I TRY to avoid sugar as much as I can. And I incorporate at least 1 fresh pressed juice a day. I am a different person, even my FEV1 has improved. My specialist could not believe I got it up from where it was. So its worth a try... carrots and beetroot are known to be good!
